KEGELS MAY NOT BE THE ANSWER

Around 60-80% of people with persistent pelvic pain experience depression and over 65% have reported to experience anxiety.*

Don’t go another day...

...with debilitating pain or tension

...feeling isolated because no one can relate to your pain

...misunderstood and misdiagnosed by health practitioners

...having to pee all the time, and taking forever to start the flow!

...with pain during or after sex

.

Hi, I’m Dr. Bri!

I have personally dealt with (and resolved) pelvic tension in my own life, and have helped thousands of women do the same. In this 7 Day Free program, you will kickstart your own recovery.

How to Restore Your Pelvic Floor and Live a Vibrant Life

BODY AWARENESS

If you don’t know your body, how can you change it? You will learn how to identify your own anatomy and become more consciously aware of tightness and imbalances.

MOVEMENT

Your body wants to move and needs to move, so let it! By incorporating scientifically designed movement routines with proper breathing, our routines help you to release and then rebuild.

NUTRITION

What you eat influences your entire body — especially your pelvic floor. The gut is intimately connected to pelvic health. Modifications in your diet to reduce inflammation can allow for a more easeful recovery.

MIND-BODY CONNECTION

This is the real needle-mover. By shifting anxiety and negative thought patterns into an inner landscape of safety and positivity, you will rewire neural networks that create chronic pain and symptoms.

“I can't even explain the difference of not having to go to the doctor all the time, not getting medicine all the time, not feeling ill most of the time, and just being able to put on a video knowing that it will help... It's just such a relief. It changed my life!”

What Does the Road to Vibrant Pelvic Health Look Like?

Get a preview of recuperation with Overcome Pelvic Pain:

MONTH 1
RELAX THE MUSCLES/BRING DOWN THE PAIN

The immediate goal in month one is to give you a better start to your days. Begin each morning with a stretching/relaxation-oriented movement routine, gently opening your muscles. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for restoration and repair. This is about giving your body a chance to have less pain throughout the day so that you can start to see real progress.

You will also become more aware of how nutrition impacts your symptoms. You will align with a positive outlook and mindset that is not just about giving you hope but about firing and wiring new neural pathways in your brain. This can ultimately lead to the atrophy of current neural pathways connected to chronic pain.

MONTH 2
STRENGTHEN THE SURROUNDING MUSCLE GROUPS

In month two, you will continue to stretch and open up the affected muscles and gradually retrain the surrounding muscle groups. This month's movement routines focus on your core, hips, glutes, adductors, abductors, and lower back to create more power around your pelvic floor and relieve some of the direct strain and pressure.

This month, you will learn a powerful food journaling practice that will help you zero in on problematic foods. You will also learn a new mindset technique to keep you in the correct mental state for bodily repair.

MONTH 3
RETRAIN THE PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES

In the final phase of your journey, you will begin to retrain the pelvic floor muscles directly. These routines include direct exercises for coordination and control and movements that will improve your overall range of motion and suppleness. As you return to strength, your pain and discomfort should be dramatically lowered from the starting point.

You will also make firm changes to your diet (customized to your needs), leading to even more consistency in your pelvic health, mood, emotions, and daily energy levels. The mindset activity for this month is a proven strategy to help you "micro-dose" your way back to those physical activities you have been missing!

Why I'd Fully Commit for the Next 7 Days

I want you to know that YOU CAN and YOU WILL overcome your pain along with the grief, shame, fear, tightness, and loss of energy and vitality that most people feel. The gift of pain is that it forces you to slow down and pay attention. It nudges you to learn about your body and take care of yourself. When you apply this concept with dedication and an open mind and heart, you won't believe the healing that can be found! You might even come out of the entire process feeling and living BETTER than ever (even BEFORE your pain or illness began).

I'm not even asking you to commit to the entire program. But what about 7 days? Can you give me (really, yourself) your best for 7 days?

This isn't about trying hard. It is about consistency, willpower, and faith in healing. It is about waking up excited every morning to do the week 1 routine. It is about feeling good when you're making small changes. It is about patting yourself on the back when you catch yourself thinking negatively and then choosing healthier thoughts. It is about knowing that you are doing a great job!

You deserve to have your life back. It's not your old life, but one grander than ever. An overcomer has been battle-tested and comes out on the other end with so much gratitude and zest for life that they're unstoppable whenever they come up against adversity. Let's do this, together!

How else may we help?
